PinkNovell’s credibility in IT service management was recently validated by a PinkVERIFY™ certification from Pink Elephant.  PinkVERIFY is an internationally recognized ITSM tool suite assessment service, which objectively assesses a software tool’s applications against ITIL terminology, definitions, functionality and workflow requirements.  This certification allows Novell to hold a valid PinkVERIFY trademark license, showing that Novell Service Desk meets the highest criteria for IT services.
