Riva synchronizes SugarCRM information to BlackBerry, web and desktop clients.

EDMONTON, Alberta and CUPERTINO, CA — February 26, 2008 —Today, Omni Technology Solutions, Inc. announced immediate availability of Riva GroupWise Integration for SugarCRM. Riva GroupWise Integration for SugarCRM provides transparent, server-side synchronization between GroupWise and SugarCRM Community Edition, Professional Edition and Enterprise Edition: on-site and hosted on-demand versions. Riva is compatible with RIM BlackBerry Enterprise Server and GroupWise Mobile Server. Riva delivers bi-directional synchronization of accounts, contacts, appointments, tasks, notes and phone calls. Riva synchronizes opportunities, quotes and cases from SugarCRM and makes them available in all GroupWise clients including BlackBerry and GroupWise Mobile Server mobile devices, GroupWise WebAccess, Linux, Macintosh, and Windows desktops.
