A Forum reader recently asked:

“It sounds contrary to the function of an e-mail server, but here is my problem. I need certain users to be able to access the Internet and receive e-mails like usual. However, these users should not be able to send any messages to anyone (local users, or the internet). I found TID’s on how to block sending thru the GWIA, but not to local users.”

And here’s the response from Tommy Mikkelsen …

This works for me …

1. In the Client Options in ConsoleOne, set the views for that user to “HTML only.”

2. Lock the setting.

3. Set the maximum send size to 1 KB.

That should do it.
