Seeing All Users on a Printed E-Mail

Problem

I recently updated to the GroupWise 7 SP1 client. When I get a mail message that was sent to many users (let’s say 20), I see all 20 users in the “to” field, as expected.

But when I print the email, I only see the first 3 users in the “to” field on the printed page; all the other users are not printed. In the GroupWise 6.5 client this was not an issue. I would like to make it possible to see all the users in my printed e-mail.

Solution

You can add a registry key to make this work again:

The path the registry key is:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Novell\GroupWise\Client\Setup

The key is “Printing Truncation” (be sure to include the space).

The Value (DWORD) is: 0 (zero)
