You have a BlackBerry server installed, and it is working fine for all your users. Now you create a new user, and he also has a BlackBerry account on the BlackBerry server.
However, for some reason you can’t get all his GroupWise information synchronized to his Blackberry device.
Make sure your user has a Full Client GroupWise Mailbox. You can configure this as follows:
1. Right-click the GroupWise account.
2. Select GroupWise Utilities > Client Options.
3. Click the Environment Options Tab.
4. Click Client Access.
5. Make sure the radio button is set to Full License Mailbox.
Everything should work fine now – the information should synchronize with the BlackBerry device.
