Cool Solutions

If you look at the left side of the coolblogs page you might have seen the cool solutions home menu, one of the items in the menu is the cool solutions wiki. On the wiki we want to have both Novell and non-Novell people add their info on best practices, cool tricks or maybe just an explanation on how something works. And the cool thing is that if you see a document and you have some additional info you can just add that to the page so that others can benefit from this again. Recently I put the Middle Tier best practice on the Wiki and added some info on tuning the Windows TCP settings. Have a look at the doc and if you have something to add, feel free to do so.

In one of his posts Martin mentioned the Birds of a Feather sessions at BrainShare where people can have an open discussion on different topics. Martin listed the sessions related to ZENworks, he however forgot to mention BOF177 where we will have an open discussion on how Novell can help to share information. Do you like the wiki or don’t you think this might be useful, or have you got other ideas about how Novell could interact with it’s customers, let us know and join the session.
