In addition to the requirements in Section 4.0, Installation Requirements for BCC, do the following when you upgrade from an earlier release of BCC:
Apply all patches for OES 2 SP3 on each node in every peer cluster.
Apply all patches for Identity Manager on the IDM node in every peer cluster before you upgrade the operating systems to OES 11 SP1 on any of the nodes. For information about upgrading the Identity Manager node, see Section G.0, Upgrading to Identity Manager 4.0.2.
Apply all patches for OES 11 SP1 on each node in every peer cluster before installing or upgrading to BCC 2.0.
