This only affects live MMS streams. The SMC parameter "continuestreamingfilltime" affects how long the live MMS stream will continue to fill after all listeners on the stream have terminated. This is currently defaulted to one minute. If the customer desires to have the filler terminate immediately when all listening streams terminate, this value needs to be set to zero.
In the browser-based management tool, click Cache > Streaming > Streaming Management Configuration. Under RTSP Stream Filling, fill in the Continue fill time. This settings affects both RTSP streams and MMS live streams.
