Install the following Novell Client software on the same Windows server where you install the NFR Engine:
Novell Client 2 SP3 for Windows (IR5) or later
Having the Novell Client installed allows Novell File Reporter to connect to eDirectory and view the storage resources.
On the same Windows server, configure the Service Location Protocol settings within the Novell Client software.
Create a new host record in DNS for Novell File Reporter.
For example: nfr.cctec.org
Review Section A.0, eDirectory Universal Password Settings and complete any necessary prerequisite eDirectory Universal Password configurations.
