If you plan to install NFR Agents on Novell Open Enterprise Server 2 machines that had previously hosted NFR Agents for Version 1.0.x, you must follow the procedures below to clean up all agent directories and files.
NOTE:Simply running the rpm -e command alone does not adequately remove the directories and files.
At the server, open a terminal session.
Run the following command:
rpm -e novell-filereporter- component
Run the following commands:
rm /opt/novell/filereporter/*
rm /etc/opt/novell/filereporter/*
rm /var/opt/novell/filereporter/*
