Updates were made to the following sections:

Section 1.5, Supported Database Views.	Updated with various Previous and Baseline views.
Section 3.1.10, SRS.SCANS.	Values for progress_status have been updated with new values. The definition notes for is_valid have been updated to [Deprecated].
Section 3.2, Views.	Definitions have been added for new Previous and Baseline views. Notes and definitions have been added in a Notes column.
Section 3.2.4, SRS.CURRENT_FS_SCANS.	Values for progress_status have been updated with new values. The definition notes for is_valid have been updated to [Deprecated].
