3.3 What’s Next?

The software has been installed, but now it needs to be configured. This is merely a matter of letting GroupWise Forensics know where your GroupWise mail system keeps its files. Make sure to copy the license file to the program location or GroupWise Forensics will not function.

3.3.1 GroupWise Forensics Licensing

For GroupWise Forensics to function correctly, the license file, (“license.pem”), must be copied into the program install directory prior to program use. By default this is located at:

C:\Program Files\GWAVA\GWAVA Reveal

Always keep a copy of your program license for archive and backup use. The license must not be renamed, and must be called: license.pem
