An appointment lets you invite people to and schedule resources for meetings or events. You can schedule the date, time, and location for the meeting. Scheduled meetings can also include Zoom meetings if so integrated. You can also use personal appointments to schedule personal events such as a doctor’s appointment, a reminder to make a phone call at a certain time, and so forth.
