Micro Focus GroupWise is an enterprise collaboration system that provides secure email, calendaring, and scheduling. GroupWise also includes task management, contact management, document management, and other productivity tools. Companion products provide secure instant messaging (Novell Messenger), synchronization with mobile devices (GroupWise Mobility Service), and teaming workspaces (Novell Vibe) for complete enterprise connectivity and collaboration.

GroupWise can be used on your Windows desktop, in a web browser anywhere you have an Internet connection, on tablet computers, and on mobile devices. Your GroupWise system can be set up on Linux, Windows, or a combination of these operating systems.

• Agent Enhancements: Enhanced IMAP to work better with Mac Mail, ability to override SSL per domain, SSL startup switches added, logging of LDAP authentication, agent web console authentication with both read and write access, session timeout for agent web consoles.
  
  
• Windows Client Enhancements: Items can be flagged for quick tasks, propose new time for an appointment, pictures throughout UI for contacts, personal mail messages are now Sticky Notes, ability to undo or redo certain actions, ability to vote on a specified list of items has been added to mail messages, properties line has been added to sent and received items for quick access, ability to send quick responses to received items, access and proxy records are cleaned up at startup, inline editing of signatures, archives can be opened based on matching guid or after a password prompt, transferring ownership of shared folders, emails can be saved as PDFs, tasks can be set with a due time.
  
  
• WebAccess Enhancements: Simplified URLs for WebAccess, appointments use next hour as start time, stability and performance improvements, updated vacation rule, transferring ownership of shared folders.

With this evaluation version of GroupWise 2014 R2, you can create a test GroupWise system that includes any number of domains, post offices, and users. This evaluation software cannot legally be installed and run in a production environment.
