959310 - Prevent use of certain ciphers now classified as weak.
General Fixes:
947052 - Unable to download attachments on Android.
946047 - Unable to download attachments on messages in shared folders.
921131 - Server stops synchronizing after SmartForward operations deplete available worker threads to zero.
