Downloading the Novell iPrint Appliance Software

  1. On the Novell iPrint Appliance page, click Proceed to Download, then click the Download button next to the following files:

    Filename Description
    iPrintAppliance.x86_64-1.1.0.407.ovf.zip

    iPrintAppliance.x86_64-1.1.0.407.xen.tar.gz

    iPrintAppliance.x86_64-1.1.0.407.vhd.zip    		 This file installs iPrint Appliance on VMware and Citrix XenServer.

    This file installs iPrint Appliance on Xen on SLES.

    This file installs iPrint Appliance on Windows Hyper-V.
    NP-iPrint-Unlimited-External-Printer.xml This is a printer-based license file.

  2. Follow the on-screen prompts to download the file to a temporary directory on a server where your virtualization software is running.
  3. Follow the instructions in the Novell iPrint Appliance Administration Guide to finish installing and configuring the iPrint system.
  4. Download and extract the license file. This file is used to update the product license. By default, iPrint ships with a 60-day evaluation license. For more information, see License in the Novell iPrint Appliance Administration Guide.
