7.14 Cannot Access Keypad after Minimizing it on the Login and List Printers Page on a Blackberry Device

When using the iPrint app on a BlackBerry device, you might not be able to access the keypad if you minimize it. This issue occurs on the Login and List Printers page.

To work around this issue, you can switch to another app and then return to the iPrint app. You can also close the app and launch it again.

Novell plans to fix this issue in a future release of the Novell iPrint app.
