Action: Ensure that the Selector is loaded on the server.

Action: Ensure that the database contains the scan information.

In ConsoleOne, click a container. Click Tools > Configure DB. Select a ZENworks Database object > click OK.

View the scan information, right-click the workstation from ConsoleOne > click Actions > click Inventory.
