Explanation:  The Inventory Service Manager loads the server, based on the configuration parameters specified in the CONFIG.PROPERTIES file.This error occurs when incorrect values are set for the server properties in the file.

Possible Cause:  The Inventory Service is unable to bind to the Port specified in the CONFIG.PROPERTIES file.

Possible Cause:  Another application is binding to the same Port number or the Service Manager is already loaded.

Action:  Modify the Port number in CONFIG.PROPERTIES file.

Possible Cause:  The Inventory server is unable to load.

Action:  Ensure that the Inventory server is not already loaded.

Action:  Run the Inventory Service Manager.
