Severity:  Critical

Possible Cause:  The database is not up and running.

Action:  Ensure that the database is up. Wait until the connection is established. If the problem still persists, stop the Inventory services on the Inventory server. Ensure the database is up. Restart the Inventory services.

Possible Cause:  The initial information for start up of the database is not found.

Action:  Run the installation program to install the database on the server only. Ensure that you specify the site information for the database.

Load the database. Start the Inventory Services on the Inventory server.
