Possible Cause: The ZIPNAMES.INI file does not exist in the PUBLIC\ZENWORKS directory on the Inventory server.

Action: Install the ZIPPNAMES.INI file from the ZfD3 product CD in the PUBLIC\ZENWORKS directory on the Inventory server.
