Possible Cause: The Database object is not set properly in the properties page.

Action: Ensure that the Database object properties are set properly. In ConsoleOne, right-click the Database object > click Properties > click ZENworks Database. Ensure that the properties page contain the properties that are correct as per your database configuration. See Configuring the Policies for the Database in Workstation Inventory in Getting Started.
