Explanation: This error occurs if the properties for the Database object are not set properly.

Action: In ConsoleOne, right-click the Database object > click Properties > click ZENworks Database. Ensure that you specify the DN of the server or if the server is a NetWare 4.x, type the IP address. See Configuring the Policies for the Database in Workstation Inventory in Getting Started.
