Specific Hardware and Software Requirements for Remote Management

The following requirements must be met for full Remote Management functionality:

ZfD server

  • Appropriate protocol stack (IP, IPX, or IP/CMD)

Management console

Managed workstation
  • Windows 95/98, Windows NT/2000
  • Novell client that ships with ZfD (Workstation Manager installed)
  • Appropriate protocol stack (IP, IPX, or IP/CMD)
  • 2 MB hard disk space on the drive on which Windows is installed
