8.1 Checking if the AuthAgent is Up and Running

To check if the AughAgent is up and running:

  1. Enter the following at the command prompt:

    java -show

  2. Check for the following entry:

    com.novell.bordermanager.proxy.auth.AuthDB

    This specifies that the AuthAgent is up and running.
