To restrict a user's volume space

1. Browse to the volume right-click it choose Properties Users with Space Restrictions.
2. If the user whose space you want to restrict is listed under User Name, click the user click Modify. Otherwise, add the user to the list by clicking Add and then browsing for the user.
3. In the User Space Restriction dialog box, check the Limit Volume Space check box fill in the Space Limit field click OK.
4. In the Properties dialog box, click OK or Apply to save the space restriction.
