The NetIQ AppManager Suite (AppManager) is a comprehensive solution for managing, diagnosing, and analyzing performance, availability, and server health for a broad spectrum of operating environments, applications, and server hardware.

AppManager provides system administrators with a central, easy-to-use console to view critical server and application resources across the enterprise.     This hotfix is required to resolve issues with the discovery process. Without this hotfix, the discovery process will not function correctly.

    This hotfix resolves the following issues:

    • Delta discoveries overwrite machine and object details
    • Discovery XML is not processed for some Knowledge Scripts
    • Control Center shows open events when no events are present
    • Execution Status and Time not updated for certain errors in NetIQ Monitoring Policy job
    • Heartbeat information missing for some agents
    • Incorrect propagation status
