Cancelling Articles

You might want to cancel an article if its content is not appropriate.

1. From the General Administration page, click the News Server server name button > Advanced Tasks > Cancel Articles.

2. Type the ID of the message that you want to cancel, for example, <330BC222.6A9A@ROYAL.COM>.

   To determine the message ID, select the message header. In your newsreader, click the View menu. In the Headers section, select All. The message ID will appear in the message header.

3. Click OK.
