Even though I have updated the UNIX profile for a user, the NFS Gateway is creating directory entries with UID = 55555 and GID = 55555 or previous UID/GID. What should I do?

Possible Cause:  You might have updated the UNIX profile after loading nfsgy.

Explanation:  NFS Gateway uses the ndsilib to access eDirectory user's UNIX profiles and ndsilib does not immediately reflect the changes in user profiles.

Action:  Enter ndsilib cache refresh command on the console screen to refresh the cache. By default, the NDSILIB cache is refreshed every two hours.
