Explanation:  The server might be running out of available memory, or the configuration database file might be corrupted.

Action:  If the server is running out of available memory, add memory to the server or increase the available server memory using one of the methods described in Resolving Memory Problems

If the remote access database file is corrupted, bring down remote access with the NWCSTOP command and runthe NWCRPAIR command.
