In an open conversation, click File.
Click Save Conversation As, browse to a location, then specify a file name.
or
Click Save Conversation if you have already saved the conversation at least once.
Specify the location to save the conversation.
Click Save.
The conversation is saved with a .txt file extension.
You are also prompted to save a conversation whenever you close the conversation. To change this setting, see Section 8.5, Specifying Whether You Are Prompted to Save Conversations.
