NTP can be configured remotely from Novell® Remote Manager .
Novell Remote Manager displays the configuration file (ntp.conf) of all the servers in the eDirectory™ 8.7.3 or later, tree that you have authenticated to.
You have the following options after making changes to the ntp.conf file:
Save: Saves the configuration file.
Apply: Saves the configuration file and restarts XNTPD to reflect the new changes.
NOTE:If a tree is configured with multiple servers running NTP and Timesync, clicking for the server running Timesync unloads Timesync and loads XNTPD.
Restart: Restarts XNTPD without saving the changes.
