Unable to configure NTPv3 as time client
Action:
Make sure the time provider is broadcasting/multicasting its service.

Make sure time sources are in synchronization.

If you have localhost as loopback, ensure that you specify a higher stratum for the loopback so that it has lower precedence than the other time source.
Unable to open the ntp.log file using Edit
Action:
You might not be able to open the ntp.log file if it was created for the first time. Subsequent loads of XNTPD would not cause this issue.
