If your legacy NSS volumes are in clusters, the upgrade of your cluster services also automatically upgrades your legacy NSS volumes. Novell Cluster Services™ for OES NetWare includes a pre-upgrade step that backs up the Trustees for your files and directories. The cluster automatically calls nss /zlssvolumeupgrade to perform the upgrade from the NetWare 5 NSS volume media format to OES NetWare NSS volume media format.
