Applying Patches

Novell makes every attempt to solve problems in the NetWare operating system software by periodically releasing updates that you can install on your server. The latest operating system update contains all previous updates, so be sure to install the most current file. It will keep your operating system current.

The latest operating system updates can be found at the following locations:

• In the update lists on the Novell technical support Web site.
• By File Transfer Protocol (FTP): Anonymous FTP to ftp.novell.com.
• By Gopher: gopher.novell.com.
• On the Novell Support Connection® CD: Released monthly on CD-ROM and sent to subscribers.
