Explanation: A Print Device Subsystem (PDS) or third-party gateway is not bound to the Printer Agent.
Possible Cause: The Printer Agent has not been configured with a valid PDS or third-party gateway.
Action: Make sure the Printer Agent is configured with a valid PDS or third-party gateway.
Possible Cause: The PDS or third-party gateway has been unloaded.
Action: Load the PDS or third-party gateway. Try shutting down and starting up the Printer Agent from the NDPS Manager to see if the PDS or third-party gateway loads as part of the Printer Agent startup procedure. You can do this in NetWare® Administrator through the Public Access Printers list for the NDPS Manager, or at the server console by selecting the Printer Agent from the list of Printer Agents.
