Explanation:  The PDS or gateway is not responding to a request from the Printer Agent.

Possible Cause:  The request timed out on a query because the PDS or gateway is very busy or the connection to its printer is slow.

Action:  If the error occurs repeatedly, check the performance of the PDS or gateway and the connection to its printer.
