Explanation: No printer driver or printer definition index files are present from which to create a list.
Possible Cause: The RMS data area on the server is corrupted or missing.
Action: Make sure the resdir directory is in the correct location.
Possible Cause: No index files were present on a developer-supplied floppy diskette.
Action: See if an .inf or .ndx file exists on a floppy diskette supplied by the vendor. If one does exist, copy the file to the RMS data area on the server.
