Explanation: An application requested the Broker to enable a service that is already enabled or to disable an unknown service.
Possible Cause: The application you are running encountered a programming error.
Action: The application should ensure that the service is currently disabled before sending the Broker's request to enable that service.
The application must also ensure that the request specifies one of the three supported services, NWDP SERVICE TYPE SRS, NWDP SERVICE TYPE ENS, or NWDP SERVICE TYPE RMS.
If the problem persists, contact the developer of the application.
