Explanation: An invalid credential was received by a Notification Service.
Possible Cause: The application you are running encountered a programming error. The request submitted by an application to bind to an ENS included a defective credential.
Action: The application should make sure that all the fields in the credential are properly initialized. If an optional field is not used, the application should initialize the field to zero or NULL as the case might require.
If the error persists, contact the developer of the application.
