Possible Cause: The application you are running encountered a programming error. An application requested to load a delivery method but provided an invalid filename to be loaded.
Action: Make sure the application only requests to load a delivery method whose filename is NULL-terminated string with extension ".ENM" or no extension at all and that does not have any "\"or "/"characters as part of the name string.
If the problem persists, contact the developer of the application.
