Explanation:  A license is not available.

Possible Cause:  Nlslsp.nlm is not running.

Action:  Install a certificate in the server's context.

Possible Cause:  All license units are in use.

Action:  Install an additional certificate. Try again when existing or additional license units are available.

Possible Cause:  You removed and reinstalled eDirectoryTM or NDS®.

Action:  Search for and follow instructions in TID 2941280 at Novell Support Knowledgebase.

Possible Cause:  The Server object and [Public] don't have enough rights.

Action:  Make sure that the Server object (NLS_LSP_server) has the Browse right to the License

Certificate objects.

Action:  Make sure that the server object has the Read property right to "All Properties."

Action:  Make sure that [Public] has the Browse right to the License Container object where the license certificates are stored. Search for and see instructions in TID 2943750 at Novell Support Knowledgebase.

Possible Cause:  You deleted the server base license (a License Certificate object).

Action:  Reinstall the license certificates. Search for and follow instructions in TID 2943405 at Novell Support Knowledgebase.

Possible Cause:  You removed the Read/Write replica from the NLS server. (The NLS server is running

nlslsp.nlm. If you are running NetWare® Administrator, it is the server that shows up as NLS_LSP_server.)

Action:  Search for and follow instructions in TID 2949634 at Novell Support Knowledgebase.

Possible Cause:  Two NetWare 5 servers contain a replica of the [Root] partition.
