A SUSE Linux workstation or server can be used to create and maintain the customized boot image. This could be the repository server itself, any other SLES server, or even an OpenSUSE workstation.
The following packages need to be installed on this system:
mkisofs (part of the cdrkit-cdrtools-compat package)
grub
