If you have Novell Upgrade Protection, you can upgrade to OES 11 SP3 and the associated support packs, free of charge until your upgrade protection expires. After your protection expires, the OES 11 SP3 upgrade link disappears from your account page.

Using your Novell account information, log in to the Novell Web Site.
Follow the instructions on the page to obtain the upgrade to Open Enterprise Server 11 SP3.
