Ensure that any services that are available only in OES 2 SP1 or later (such as Novell CIFS or Novell AFP) are set up with preferred nodes for failover that are running OES 2 SP1 or later.

The NSS default namespace on OES 2 SP1 Linux was changed to Long. This is not a problem for existing pools, but you should be aware of the difference when creating pools on OES 2 nodes versus OES 2 SP1 (or later) nodes.
