Do not install any of the following service combinations on the same server as Novell CIFS. Although not all of the combinations cause pattern conflict warnings, Novell does not support the following SLES and OES patterns:
SLES File Server Pattern
OES patterns Novell Domain Services for Windows (DSfW) and Novell Samba
Any other SMB implementation
Xen Virtualization Host pattern
