9.1 Cloud Account Restart Causes CIS Data Services to Fail

If the Cloud Account (Amazon/S3) gets restarted for any reason, CIS data migration and recall fails. This is because of the data services signature mismatch. You must provide the key for the Cloud Account again to establish communication between the CIS and the cloud storage.

  1. In the CIS Management Console, click ACCOUNTS.

  2. Click the Cloud Account name and enter the Access Key and Secret Key.

  3. Click UPDATE.
