You can add services to OES servers after they are installed.
OES is a set of services that can be either added during installation or post installation.
To add services to an existing OES server, follow the instructions in Installing or Configuring OES Services on an Existing OES 2018 SP2 Server
in the OES 2018 SP2: Installation Guide.
