The process to uninstall PlateSpin® Recon depends on how it is installed. As a general guideline, use the control panel’s item to remove the PlateSpin Recon client, server, and whichever database (PostgreSQL, SQL 2000/2005), if any, you have installed.
After you uninstall, you need to manually remove the folders from your system’s Program Files folder, which are left behind to preserve log files.
NOTE:If you are removing PostgreSQL or SQL 2000/2005, you also need to remove the PlateSpin Recon user from your system.
