6.16 GroupWise Messenger Module

Retain 4.6 has the ability to archive GW Messenger items.

6.16.1 Prerequisites

GroupWise 18.1 or higher.
Install the Module License Submitting a PEM License.
Install the REST License Install a REST License.

6.16.2 Create REST Collector

Create a REST collector under Server Configuration REST API.

Export the REST key and secret.
Enter the REST key and secret, Tenant ID, Retain server address or hostname and port into GroupWise Administration | GroupWise Messenger Archive.

6.16.3 Configure the Module

Open the module to configure.

Change the name, if desired, make sure that jobs are enabled and save changes.
